When Peak hours tell you when to publish
Publish before the peak
If guests browse at 11 AM, publish lunch specials before that. Peak hours are a schedule, not a trivia fact.

In 30 seconds
- Write down your Peak hour from the last 30 days.
- Move tomorrow’s special publish time to 60 to 90 minutes earlier.
- Compare Menu views on that special the next day.

| If this is true | Do this |
|---|
| Peak is late morning | Finalize lunch specials the night before |
| Peak is after work | Update dinner promos by mid-afternoon |
| Alerts go out after the peak | Move send time earlier |
| Staff post to social first | Flip the order: live menu first, then social |
The takeaway
Peak hours are an operations clock. Publish before guests arrive in the data, not after the kitchen is already busy.
