Turn on alerts and invite staff
People and alerts
Invite the people who update prices, then ask early guests to turn on alerts for specials and order updates.

In 30 seconds
- Invite one manager or owner who can edit the live menu.
- Confirm staff know how to update a price the same day it changes.
- Ask soft-launch guests to tap Get alerts on the menu.
Why this matters
A quick visual for busy owners.Replace with a real Live TTMenus menu on mobile screenshot when ready.Menus go stale when only one person can edit. Alerts stay empty when nobody asks guests to opt in.
Week-one people plan
- Owner or manager with edit access
- Front-of-house knows the live link
- Kitchen knows sold-out items must be updated
- Soft-launch guests invited to alerts

Recommendation
Two editors minimumIf only one person can edit, the menu will lag. Add a backup editor before you scale sharing.
Example from TTMenus Insights (illustrative sample data).Data to decisions
| What you notice | What to do |
|---|
| Prices wrong after market changes | Train a second editor today |
| Zero alert subscribers | Ask at counter and in WhatsApp replies |
| Sold-out items still listed | Make hide/update part of closing duties |
The takeaway
Access and alerts are operations. Set both before the public push.
